Ascend Spine & Joint Specalists

Ascend Spine & Joint Specialists is a multi-specialty interventional pain management group with offices in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties.  All physicians in the group are fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Medicine with underlying specialty training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR), Anesthesiology, Family Medicine or Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine.

Ascend was established by a neurosurgeon who is actively involved in training pain management physicians as well as spinal surgeons. The group’s support staff includes Medical Assistants, Physician Assistants, a Clinical Coordinator for patient intake and chart/medical records, as well as a Procedure Coordinator for sedation cases performed in the ambulatory surgery setting.

The goal of Ascend Spine & Joint Specialists is full or better control of the patient’s pain and other spinal or joint problems without the use of pain medications. Through an appropriate and focused interventional approach, our physicians routinely perform fluoroscopically-guided procedures including the use of biologics such as Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Bone Marrow/Stem cell injections.
